• misrepresent payment, billing, or client information.

Paid plans renew according to the billing terms presented at signup or renewal. You are responsible for providing a valid billing method and keeping billing contact details current.

We may suspend or limit certain features for overdue or canceled subscriptions until billing is restored.

You retain responsibility for the client, project, billing, and other business data you upload to the platform. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to store and process that data in Avvio.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, or modify features as part of ongoing product development and maintenance.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if fees remain unpaid, or if use of the platform creates security, legal, or operational risk.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avvio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
